How can we achieve zero energy consumption for our home demestic hot water (DHW) supply?
This is the question that Mr. Mu, who has been engaged in the HVAC industry for more than 40 years, began to think about when he looked at his gas bill. Soon, he turned his attention to photovoltaic (PV) and heat pump (HP) technology. After several years of trial and improvement, he and his team finally developed the first cogeneration solar energy system, which made the annual hot water energy consumption zero, and even had excess electricity to supply other household appliances. This is the "Chinese version of garage entrepreneurship" story of S&W Energy Tech. This self-developed domestic hot water system is still in normal operation, and has accumulated a lot of operating data, providing useful technical data support for subsequent product iterations. A few years later, in the Pearl River Delta, one of the most active industrial regions in the world, Mr. Mu put his home workshop invention into mass production and realized the commercialization of technology. Now, S&W Energy Tech has applied its self-developed cogeneration solar energy system to the hotel hot water supply market segment, and gradually expanded to other industrial and commercial fields, providing sustainable hot water supply solutions for users with large-scale hot water needs.

The S&W Energy Tech technical team has thoroughly studied the efficiency bottleneck and waste heat problems of photovoltaic power generation. The patented collector and self-developed heat pump main unit are combined with the PVs to establish an efficient symbiotic system. The self-formulated superconducting liquid plays a key role in improving efficiency as a heat medium. Continuous laboratory tests and field operation tests have made the energy efficiency of this system far exceed that of conventional hot water systems, while also effectively ensuring the stable and efficient power production of PV panels.
